Settings for VICTRON Lithium batteries

Lithium Battery Smart 12,8V & 25,6V

Check first that the other energy sources are set to Victron recommended value :   14.20 V / 28.40 V for absorption 

Then we advise to set the hydrogenerator at the maximum limit allowed by Victron ( 14.40 V / 28.80 V ) and modify following values :

We have noted that it doesn't seem to have a general consensus about FLOATING charge for lithium batteries and some customers choose to disable the floating mode on the hydrogenerator by setting the same voltage for FLOAT values than for ABS.

If you encounter frequent problems of hydrogenerator in floating mode ( and thus noisy ) while batteries are not full, you can try to increase the ABS cycle duration time
